Position: Marketing Head
Location: Hybrid
Role Overview
Were looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Head to lead our overall marketing, branding, and communication strategy. The person will be responsible for driving growth across centers, strengthening the brands digital and offline presence, and creating impactful campaigns that connect with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and patient engagement.
- Lead digital marketing, content, SEO, social media, and performance marketing efforts.
- Plan offline marketing campaigns and other channels to increase the leads.
- Plan and oversee campaigns for new center launches, events, and partnerships.
- Build and manage relationships with agencies, media, and external vendors.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and patient feedback to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with management, doctors, and clinical teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Create impactful storytelling and brand communication that reflects the centers values of care and trust.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team for high performance and creative output.
- Track and report ROI of campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Required Skills & Experience
- 810 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service-driven industries.
- Proven record in brand building, lead generation, and digital growth.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and paid media.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to blend strategy with hands-on execution.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field preferred.
