Description:


- Lead and oversee the overall marketing, branding, and sales strategy for fertiliser products across designated regions.

- Manage government liaisoning activities with state and central agricultural departments, regulatory bodies, and PSU stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with fertiliser subsidy policies, licensing, and distribution norms under the Fertiliser Control Order (FCO).

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Ministry of Agriculture, state nodal agencies, cooperatives, and institutional buyers.

- Drive market development initiatives demand generation, farmer outreach programs, and dealer/distributor expansion.

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes to identify growth opportunities.

- Monitor and optimise pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies in coordination with production and logistics teams.

- Represent the company in industry associations, government meetings, and trade conferences.

- Lead a team of regional marketing managers, ensuring strong coordination between field operations and head office.

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Agriculture / Agri-Business / Marketing or MBA with relevant experience in the Fertiliser or Agri-input industry.

- Strong exposure to government liaisoning, subsidy documentation, and policy advocacy.

- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage large teams and multi-state operations.

- Knowledge of FCO guidelines, DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) system, and state procurement processes preferred.
