Opening for an FMCG company in Head office at Mumbai  Responsibilities:  - Contribute appropriately as the head of the Marketing team to the delivery of overall strategic planning and achieve objectives of the Company   - Work on Marketing Mix, Creative strategy, New Product Development and Portfolio Management to ensure delivery of brand objectives- Market Share, Gross Margin, Consumer Measures and Brand Financials   - Undertake ongoing analysis and review of performance of products, channels, segments and regions to assist in identification of relevant trends, key issues and/or opportunities   - Work with the Sales team to develop promotional initiatives to profitably increase market share within budgeted cost parameters   - Monitor competitive brand, communications and product development activities and to actively share key findings internally   - Liaise with advertising /Research/media agencies to develop campaign and achieve brand objectives   - Coordinate with technical/supply chain /perfumers/R&D with regard to cost efficient sourcing and product development   PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:  Qualification - MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing Management   Experience - 8-12 years of relevant experience, of which 2-3 years should be preferably in Sales  Required Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:   - Understanding of FMCG categories   - Sound knowledge of Sales processes   - Strong PC literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)   - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills   - Excellent Presentation Skills   - Strategic Thinker   - Creative, Idea Generator   - Analytical Skills   - Leadership abilities  Please send your resume to rsweta@teamlease.com or call 022-33653164
