Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Brand Management:

- Develop and execute annual marketing and brand strategies aligned with business goals.

- Build and sustain strong brand equity for Anmol's product portfolio across biscuits, cakes, and bakery segments.

- Lead brand positioning, communication, and product portfolio strategies to drive consumer preference and market share growth.

- Oversee all ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns ensuring consistency in brand messaging.

2. Product Development & Innovation:

- Identify emerging consumer trends and market opportunities for new product launches and category expansion.

- Collaborate with R&D and production teams for new product development, packaging, and pricing strategies.

- Manage complete product lifecycle - concept development, launch planning, and post-launch performance tracking.

3. Advertising, Media & Communication:

- Design and implement impactful communication campaigns across traditional and digital media.

- Drive consumer engagement through innovative content, storytelling, and integrated marketing communications.

- Partner with creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns within timelines and budgets.

4. Digital Marketing & Consumer Engagement:

- Lead the digital transformation journey - strengthening Anmol's online presence and consumer connect.

- Manage social media strategy, influencer marketing, e-commerce visibility, and performance marketing initiatives.

- Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns and enhance brand reach.

5. Trade & Retail Marketing:

- Plan and implement trade marketing activities to enhance in-store visibility and brand recall.

- Develop retail activation programs, POS materials, and consumer promotion schemes in collaboration with the sales team.

- Track and evaluate the ROI of trade promotions and marketing spends.

6. Market Insights & Analytics:

- Conduct ongoing market and consumer research to track brand performance and category dynamics.

- Analyze sales trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to guide decision-making.

- Present data-driven recommendations to management for business growth.

7. Leadership & Team Development:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team focused on creativity and results.

- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, R&D, finance, and manufacturing to drive marketing excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing or Brand Management from a reputed institute.

- 12-18 years of progressive experience in FMCG marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven expertise in brand building, consumer marketing, and new product development within the FMCG sector (preferably in biscuits, confectionery, or packaged foods).

- Strong understanding of both urban and rural consumer segments.
