Marketing Head - Enterprise AI Products

About the Role:

We are hiring for our client a fast-growing AI software product company. This is a build-from-scratch mandate for a marketing leader ready to grow into a CMO role owning brand, positioning, and go-to-market for an enterprise Agentic AI platform.

What You'll Own:

- Build the marketing function from the ground up brand, team & process

- Brand positioning and messaging for an Agentic AI enterprise platform

- Demand generation across digital, content, ABM & events

- Thought leadership whitepapers, case studies & customer stories

- Direct partnership with the CEO and leadership team on GTM strategy

Ideal Profile:

- 8+ years in B2B technology marketing AI, SaaS or enterprise software

- Experience building marketing functions from an early stage

- Strong grasp of enterprise buying cycles, ABM & GTM strategy

- Executive presence ready to grow into a CMO role

- Comfortable with ambiguity and a build-from-scratch mandate
