Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead brand building, growth marketing, and demand generation for a fast-scaling EdTech organization. This role will own the end-to-end marketing charter across digital, performance, brand, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on learner acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and growth goals
- Lead performance marketing (paid digital, SEO, app installs, funnels, CAC/LTV optimization)
- Drive brand marketing initiatives to build recall, trust, and category leadership
- Own student acquisition, retention, and engagement across the learner lifecycle
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Growth, and Academic teams
- Build and scale a high-performing marketing team (digital, content, brand, analytics)
- Leverage data and insights to improve conversion, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners
- Lead GTM strategy for new programs, offerings, and markets
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 11 to 15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in EdTech, Consumer Internet, SaaS, or D2C
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and growth-led businesses
- Proven track record of scaling brands and driving high-growth acquisition
- Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teams
- Data-driven, customer-centric, and execution-focused
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
