
Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Generalist who has scaled B2B SaaS products, preferably in the Conversational AI or Contact Center space. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Demand Generation, be comfortable with Product and Brand Marketing, and be hands-on with performance campaigns and sales-aligned marketing motions. You'll be managing a cross-functional team and own the marketing pipeline, campaign execution, and positioning of across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing
- Oversee and guide brand presence on social media, website, and awards/PR opportunities.
- Supervise SEO strategy, website lead funnel, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Growth/Demand Gen
- Own inbound + outbound pipeline growth via SDR-driven efforts and paid campaigns.
- Plan and execute inorganic campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Manage lead qualification and ensure tight coordination with Sales for follow-ups.
Product Marketing
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and CX to create compelling collateral (decks, case studies, videos).
- Own GTM of new features and offerings - positioning, messaging, internal enablement.
- Lead competitor analysis and narrative building.
Design Oversight
- Manage creative production timelines with design team (motion + static graphics).
- Ensure brand aesthetics and storytelling are unified across all channels.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Founders, Product, and Sales to drive marketing-sourced revenue.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in Conversational AI, Voice AI, or Enterprise Tech.
- Strong background in Demand Generation and pipeline contribution.
- Exposure to Product Marketing and Brand Strategy.
- Hands-on with CRM (HubSpot/Zoho), paid campaign tools, analytics platforms.
- Tech-savvy: Engineering + MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams
