Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled VP/Sr. VP Marketing with deep experience in B2B SaaS/Product Marketing, strong understanding of modern AI-first growth strategies, and the ability to build scalable marketing systems across channels.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, creative, data-driven, and comfortable working directly with founders to shape the company's narrative, demand engine, and brand presence globally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AI-First Marketing & Demand Generation:
- Build and lead an AI-driven marketing engine covering demand generation, lead scoring, funnels, and automation.
- Introduce innovative AI tools, content automation, programmatic ABM, predictive targeting, and intelligent campaign optimization.
- Own marketing analytics, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
2. Product & Website Ownership:
- Lead the website strategy, including product storytelling, UI/UX improvements, messaging alignment, and conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing with product capabilities, roadmap, and customer needs.
3. Offline & Event Marketing:
- Plan and execute global events, summits, conferences, and industry gatherings.
- Define event strategy, budgets, pre-event pipeline building, and post-event conversion workflows.
4. Customer Delight & Engagement:
- Develop customer engagement programs, case studies, testimonials, webinars, and communities.
- Build systems for client delight, onboarding experiences, and long-term retention.
5. Communication & Collateral Development:
- Build high-quality marketing collateral, pitch decks, brochures, product videos, and all brand assets.
- Ensure strong internal/external communication, storytelling, and brand consistency.
6. Team Leadership:
- Manage one junior marketing team member initially; build and expand the marketing team as we scale.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, product, and sales teams.
7. Founder Collaboration:
- Work directly with the CEO & Founder on marketing vision, brand strategy, and category leadership initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Product Marketing, preferably in fast-growth startups.
- Strong hands-on experience in AI-led marketing.
- Ability to independently manage website, UI/UX elements, content, and campaign execution.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in global B2B markets is a strong advantage.
