Offering graduate, post-graduate and executive education programmes across multiple streams. While it is a not-for-profit university, it is extremely business focussed and run by vastly experienced professionals from corporate and academic backgrounds in India and overseas. Eclectic faculty and students. Rapidly expanding to multiple campuses. Informal but performance oriented work culture. Seeking a marketing leader to drive, develop and implement clear outreach plans for admissions to its courses and programmes for its flagship campus in Bengaluru. Will report to the Head of Admissions.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- Lead a team responsible for crafting and executing effective marketing strategies to achieve both quality and quantity of students to the university. Strengthen admissions outreach for all programmes, across all channels of communication.

- Increasing visibility of University's programmes among students, parents and relevant institutions. Developing targeted marketing and messaging suitable for each audience and platform (mass media, digital, in-person outreach, website, social media, events, videos, etc.). Developing year-round communication campaigns.

- Executing action plans and tracking effectiveness. Collaborating closely with the communication and other teams in the University. Build, structure and nurture team members. Create a marketing orientation among various stakeholders.

- Tracking, measuring, reporting and generating insights from data generated from marketing programs. Enable the marketing organization to take data driven decisions through strong collaboration and regular dissemination of insights and research.

HIRING PROFILE:

- MBA/ full time post graduate in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, from reputed insititutions, with 9-11 years of experience in successful marketing roles, preferably across industries in growth stage.

- The position is ideal for someone seeking autonomy to create impact that helps create societal change through higher education.

- Demonstrated competency in driving excellence across the marketing function, with measurable operational results. May have a mix of marketing and communications such as advertising, PR, social media. Excellent business focus.

- Successful track record of executing marketing programs across channels, including digital marketing campaigns, physical events, webinars, and social media. Must have worked with multiple stakeholders. Proactive with strong business and ROI focus. A high initiative, intrapreneurial mindset.

- Leadership, communication, collaboration and influencing skills across levels. Strong result orientation. Highly passionate and energetic, with a distinct communication style that conveys expertise and confidence. Hands on working style. A deep desire and commitment to create truly outstanding output at all times, and on time.
