We have an opening as a Marketing Generalist with one of our Startup Client. Job Location : Bangalore Job Description : - Monitor online marketing tools and social media trends & best practices - Conduct market research to - nd answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends and present actionable Findings - Assist with various day-to-day projects, including events, merchandising, email, design, and data analysis - Liaise with product, engineering and other teams for improvising the product/ service - Act as SPOC for all the tickets raised for marketing team - Calendar management of all projects to budget. - Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc. - Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts. - Analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traf- c etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies - Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, managing sales and marketing software tools - Request for proposal (RFP) generation management - Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned Requirement : - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications with min. 2 yrs of proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role - Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods - Must have worked on the Jira tool or other marketing tools like semrush, spyfu, hotjar, google analytics, tag manager - Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools - Solid computer skills, including MS Of- ce, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.) - Well-organised and detail oriented - Exceptional communication and writing skills
