It is a government-supported deep-tech organization working in the fields of robotics, advanced manufacturing, and unmanned aerial systems. They are part of a leading innovation ecosystem backed by top research institutions and national accelerator programs.


Title: Marketing Associate (UAV Domain)


Location: Bengaluru


Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field


Experience: 2-4 years (preferably in Aerospace or related field)


About the Role: As a Marketing Associate in the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) domain, your primary responsibilities are as follows.


Roles & Responsibilities:


- Planning and Executing Campaigns: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services.


- Market Research: Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.


- Content Creation: Producing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.


- Brand Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging and maintaining the company's brand image.


- Collaboration: Working with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.


- Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve results.


Requirement:


- Experience: Previous experience in marketing or a related field is preferred.


- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to create compelling

marketing messages.


- Must have experience in event coordination and management with the ability to represent the

company at exhibitions, expositions and related activities.


- Must have strong public speaking skills and be fluent in both English and Hindi.


- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas.


- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to measure campaign performance and identify trends.


- Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO, SEM, and social media management tools and documentation software.


- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
