Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communication Manager with strong BFSI experience to drive brand growth, lead generation, and reputation management. The role focuses 70% on marketing strategy & execution and 30% on communication, PR, and ORM, with strict adherence to RBI & SEBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital & offline channels

- Drive brand positioning, lead generation, and content strategy

- Manage digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content)

- Lead PR, outreach, media relations, and influencer engagement

- Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) and crisis communication

- Ensure all communication is RBI & SEBI compliant

- Track campaign performance, ROI, and optimize budgets

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in Marketing & Communications (BFSI preferred)

- Strong exposure to PR, ORM, digital marketing, and content marketing

- Sound knowledge of RBI & SEBI regulations

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience managing creative, digital, and PR agencies

Qualification:

- Master's degree in Marketing / Communications / PR

- Digital Marketing or PR certifications preferred
