Role Overview
As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be the "data brain" behind our growth engine. You will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Finance, and Product, transforming complex datasets into actionable growth strategies. In the fast-paced world of D2C fashion, you will be responsible for optimizing our multi-crore marketing spend, improving Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and decoding consumer trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Optimization: Build and maintain the Marketing Mix Model (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) frameworks to optimize ROAS across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
- Customer Intelligence: Lead cohort analysis, RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) modeling, and churn prediction to drive retention and increase LTV.
- Funnel Analytics: Identify drop-off points in the website/app user journey (from Landings to Checkout) and partner with the Product team to improve conversion rates.
- Trend & Inventory Forecasting: Use historical data to predict seasonal fashion trends and demand spikes, ensuring marketing efforts align with inventory health.
- Experimentation: Design and analyze rigorous A/B tests for creative assets, landing pages, and pricing strategies using statistical significance testing.
- Dashboarding & Reporting: Own the marketing data stack. Build automated, real-time dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker for the CXO suite.
Technical Requirements
- Data Stack: Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Web Analytics: Deep experience with GA4, CleverTap/MoEngage, and attribution tools (AppsFlyer/Branch).
- Visualization: Ability to build "executive-ready" dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Math/Stats: Strong foundation in probability, regression models, and hypothesis testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Pedigree: You are an alumnus of a Tier-1 institute (IIT or IIM) with a proven track record of problem-solving.
- Domain: At least 2 years of experience in D2C, E-commerce, or FinTech (Fashion experience is a huge plus).
- Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity and prefer "data-driven" over "opinion-driven" decisions.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex numbers into a narrative that the Creative and Brand teams can act upon.
