Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a marketing enthusiast who is passionate about growth and product marketing. The marketing analyst will be the pillar of the team with in-depth experience in growth marketing, including organic and paid channels. He/she will work on creative assessment, building good creatives, managing regular marketing operations, and in-depth business reporting.

What you will be doing:

- Lead generation in the US across biddable platforms like LinkedIn, Google, FB etc., as well as organic channels

- Manage SEO and boost organic traffic growth

- Handle daily marketing operations

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure marketing delivery on time

- Create good creatives and banners for campaigns and websites

- Regular update of business metrics and business reporting

- Manage email campaigns for prospects and customers

- Monthly research on growth levers, competitors' positioning, creative trends, content style etc

- Create email template designs for monthly campaigns

- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure lead and opportunity follow-ups are streamlined

- Support in website development work

- Manage social media posting cadence and create a monthly calendar, and curate good post copies

- Support in building good marketing content

- WordPress

Who you are and what you bring:

- PGDM/MBA 2-3 years of core marketing experience

- Proven experience in growth marketing, including paid channels like Google AdWords, LinkedIn etc

- Experience in SEO/SEM for organic traffic growth

- Prior experience in managing email campaigns, social media marketing

- Experience in content marketing

- High ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision

- Ability to generate good creative, storyboards, templates etc

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Ability to collaborate across stakeholders
