About The Opportunity:
We are hiring for a role in the Market Research & Insights sector focused on primary research for consumer and B2B projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end primary research projects: design questionnaires, define sampling frames, and set fieldwork plans for CATI/CAWI/CAPI studies.
- Program surveys in Qualtrics and monitor live field work ensure data quality through quotas, soft launches, and real-time checks.
- Manage field partners and vendor relationships: scope briefs, ensure timelines, and resolve data-collection issues onsite.
- Clean, weight, and analyse primary datasets using SPSS and translate results into clear insight narratives and slide decks.
- Conduct basic market sizing and segmentation analyses; present findings and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Maintain project documentation, best-practice playbooks, and contribute to process improvements for faster, higher-quality delivery.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, Sociology, or related field.
- Proven experience managing primary research studies and coordinating on-site fieldwork in the Indian market.
- Strong presentation skills with a track record of converting data into actionable business recommendations.
