Market Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day live trading operations.

- Ensure smooth and timely launch of new products, indices, and contracts.

- Coordinate system upgrades and perform UAT / testing for system enhancements.

- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and exchange guidelines.

- Liaise with internal teams, external authorities, and stakeholders.

- Manage audits, inspections, and committee meetings.

- Oversee end-to-end administration and maintenance of commodity indices.

- Conduct and monitor price polling, price validation, and spot price dissemination.

- Prepare MIS reports and support data-driven decision-making.

- Collaborate closely with technology teams for operational improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, especially commodities, securities, broking or exchange operations.

- Strong understanding of trading systems, index methodologies, and market operations.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with tools like Python, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos will be an advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA / CA / CFA / FRM / CS (Any one)
