- Minimum 15+ years of experience in wealth management industry sales profile in leadership role across Chennai / South market

- Lead a team of wealth managers across Tamil Nadu / Kerala region

- Drive revenue, client acquisition, profitability of the overall region

- Excellent people manager, Network driven leader with ability to attract talent and build team

- Expected to come along with team of Relationship managers or action plan to build up team quickly

- Knowledge across asset class of wealth management product suite

- Excellent relationship with HNI /UHNI / Family Office clients across region

- Good communication skills with ability to influence & motivate a team for high performance

- Excellent coaching / mentoring skills & leading from front in case of Client Acquisition / Financial Planning / Problem solving / Client Escalation management / Client Experience curator skills

- Efficient cost & tax planning skills
