Private Wealth - Team Head Location: Gurgaon / Delhi

Role Overview:

Private Wealth Management Platform is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Leader (15-20 years) to head its Private Wealth team. This is a strategic, team-handling leadership role focused on driving AUM growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading a high-performing team of Wealth Managers and Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Business Growth:

- Lead and manage the Private Wealth team across regions to deliver on business objectives.

- Drive AUM growth through strategic client acquisition, portfolio deepening, and cross-sell initiatives.

- Oversee delivery of holistic wealth solutions across mutual funds, PMS, alternates, structured products, and lending solutions.

- Collaborate closely with research, product, and operations teams to ensure superior client outcomes.

Team Development:

- Coach, mentor, and guide Wealth Managers to enhance productivity and advisory excellence.

- Define performance goals around AUM growth, client acquisition, and retention metrics.

- Conduct regular reviews and joint engagements to model best practices in client management.

Governance & Compliance:

- Ensure full adherence to regulatory, risk, and compliance standards across all client interactions.

- Maintain a culture of transparency, ethical advisory, and disciplined execution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Business Growth: Achievement of AUM and revenue targets.

- Team Excellence: Productivity, engagement, and development of team members.

- Client Experience: High client retention and satisfaction scores.

- Compliance: Zero lapses across all operational and advisory activities.
