Market Development Manager - HORECA - West & South Region

We are hiring for an FMCG Company for the role of Market Development Manager, HoReCa - North / West & South

- Develop and execute HoReCa-focused sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through direct engagement with hotels, restaurants, cafs, and catering businesses.

- Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients while expanding presence within existing accounts.

- Map market opportunities, identify demand gaps, and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and key decision-makers in HoReCa establishments.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including product presentations, negotiations, order closures, and repeat business generation.

- Coordinate effectively with distributors to ensure timely order fulfilment, stock availability, and smooth last-mile delivery.

- Monitor pricing, competitor activity, and promotional trends within the HoReCa segment to maintain competitiveness.

- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product improvements and new product launches.

- Track sales performance, analyse territory data, and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.
