Role Description :
Misselling & Fraud related actionable involving dealing with law enforcement agencies and guiding the local offices/representatives and coordination on requirements of law enforcement authorities
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Filing of police complaints in Hard fraud cases with respect to policy and claim
2. Liaoning with police authority with respect to prevention and mitigation of fraud claims
3. Drafting of reply to the notices of the police authority
4. Coordination of internal depts of the Company to provide details to law enforcement agencies
5. Representation before law enforcement agencies as well as to guide local offices and representatives in representation and submissions before police authorities
6. HR advisory and draft of HR disciplinary documents including show cause and termination
7. Representation of Company before the Government authorities
8. Management of criminal litigation filed by or against the Company
9. Advisory on HR and Labor law compliance
