Marico - National Warehousing Manager

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the warehousing function to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer requirements

- Monthly monitoring and reporting of warehousing costs in line with budget. Driving cost reduction initiatives while improving customer SLA

- CFA operations KPI and performance Monitoring. Conducting Monthly operational Reviews and review of de-pot score cards with all Divisions

- Resolve problems concerning execution at warehouses; RCA and CAPA of operational issues to improve and strengthen warehouse process operations

- Implementation of lean warehousing and operations, Daily management, 5S etc. to meet and exceed global standard

- Audit Compliance as per Marico Policies - Inventory, Quality Audits, Social, EHS & Internal

- Design and Implement capability building plan for members (internal/external) involved in warehousing operation

- Preparing & Publishing of MIS reports as required by Management

- Identify automation/Digital opportunities to reduce dependency on manual processes/ operations
