Job Title: Analyst Macro Research

Experience: 4-5 Years (experience in Macro research is a must)

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Analyst with strong expertise in Macro Research to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analysing Macro parameters, tracking global / local macro, studying geopolitical developments and forming top-down view on various sectors as well as formulating sector rotation strategies (based on macro factors). This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to articulate research findings through presentations & reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Macro Research:

- Track global and domestic macroeconomic indicators, monetary policy, and geopolitical developments.

- Assess their impact on equity markets and portfolio positioning.

Sector Rotation Strategies:

- Analyze macroeconomic trends, sector performance, and market cycles to identify sector rotation opportunities.

- Develop sector allocation models aligned with investment objectives.

Communication & Client Engagement:

- Prepare high-quality macro research reports & presentations. Present market outlook in internal & external meetings.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong expertise in Macro Research. Ability to interpret macroeconomic data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Proficiency in valuation techniques and sector analysis.

- Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and research tools (Bloomberg).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.

Educational Qualification: MBA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
