Function: Data Science and Analysis Data Analysis / Business Intelligence

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (3-5 years) who is passionate about uncovering insights, shaping decisions, and influencing product and operational outcomes. This role goes beyond reporting; it demands someone who can explore data deeply, understand business contexts, and convert unstructured information into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:

- Actively and independently explore and mine vast client datasets to identify hidden patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies that drive new business opportunities or operational efficiencies.

- Utilize the Databricks platform (or similar distributed computing environments) to build, optimize, and maintain basic data pipelines and foundational analytical models for discovery purposes.

- Translate complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable, and compelling narratives and visualizations for business stakeholders, presenting insights rather than just data.

- Proactively map the organization's current data landscape, identifying data quality issues, and suggesting new data points or instrumentation needed to answer future unknown questions.

Requirements:

- A highly curious, self-directed professional with a quantitative background (3-5 years of experience) who thrives in an unstructured, discovery-focused environment.

- Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and comfortable with visualization tools to communicate complex findings effectively.

- Must have foundational experience or strong familiarity with cloud data platforms, specifically Databricks (or Spark/cloud ETL tools), for data processing and model prototyping.

- A strong communicator who can navigate business objectives and technical constraints, possessing the entrepreneurial mindset to "hunt" for value without explicit direction.
