Role: Procurement Manager

Role Overview:

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end procurement activities to support business operations, projects, and growth initiatives. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring quality and compliance across procurement and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute procurement of goods and services in line with organizational requirements, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support business growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendors, including contracts, warranties, AMCs, and periodic performance reviews.

- Collaborate closely with project, design, operations, and finance teams to forecast requirements, manage inventory, and ensure timely execution.

- Oversee purchase orders, invoicing, ERP usage, and procurement SOPs to ensure accuracy and process adherence

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, sustainability norms, internal policies, and brand guidelines.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain processes.

Experience & Skills:

- 5-12 years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management.

- Prior exposure to luxury, wellness, real estate, or project-based environments is preferred.

- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Experience with ERP systems and structured procurement processes.
