Role: L&D Lead (Learning & Development)

Role Overview:

The L&D Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives and Apples training guidelines. The role focuses on capability building, performance enhancement, and ensuring consistent training excellence across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Implementation:

- Design and execute a robust learning and development roadmap aligned with business goals and performance requirements, in line with Apple guidelines.

Program Design:

- Develop, enhance, and maintain training content, learning modules, SOPs, and assessments across multiple functions.

Training Delivery:

- Conduct and oversee engaging in-person and virtual training sessions with a strong focus on interactive facilitation.

Performance & Needs Assessment:

- Identify skill gaps using performance analytics, mystery audits, surveys, and feedback from managers and cluster heads.

Coaching & Development:

- Support employees through individual development plans, capability-building initiatives, and career progression interventions.

Team Leadership:

- Mentor and guide Assistant Trainers and training support teams to ensure consistency and service excellence.

Monitoring & Evaluation:

- Track and report training effectiveness using KPIs, productivity metrics, feedback scores, and ROI indicators.

Continuous Improvement:

- Drive innovation in learning through new tools, LMS platforms, Apple-centric learning resources, and adult learning best practices.

Compliance & Standards:

- Ensure all training and certification processes comply with internal policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory standards.
