Job Overview:

- Drive financial strategy aligned with business goals and support executive decision-making.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and long-term planning to improve profitability.

- Ensure robust risk management, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit coordination.

- Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and insights to the CEO and Founders.

- Manage cash flow, treasury, capital structure, and working capital optimization.

- Lead and develop the finance team while managing relationships with banks, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Graduate / Equivalent Graduation or Qualified CA.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.

- Openness to adapt the culture & new learnings.
