Job Responsibilities: 2- 3 Production manager reporting Manufacturing background important - Oversee day-to-day operations at both manufacturing plants, ensuring smooth coordination among production, quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams. - Enhance operational efficiency by maximizing the effective use of workforce, machinery, and resources to consistently achieve production goals. - Maintain strict adherence to food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (such as FSSAI, GMP, and other statutory requirements) across both facilities. - Collaborate with procurement and inventory management teams to guarantee a steady supply of raw materials and packaging materials. - Champion cost optimization initiatives and drive continuous process improvements through the adoption of lean manufacturing methodologies. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to evaluate plant performance, taking timely corrective action where necessary. - Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and boost asset reliability. - Align production planning with current market demands and supply chain requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Lead and develop a team of production managers, fostering strong people management, training, and skill enhancement. - Partner with quality and R&D teams to support new product trials, successful launches, and ongoing product enhancements.
