Manufacturing Manager

Manufacturing Manager has overall responsibility for a unit within a factory. The MM leads all deliverables of the unit on SHE, Quality, Cost, Service & ER end to end and is a key member of the factory leadership team reporting to the factory manager.

Responsibilities:

- To achieve SU KPIs in unit

- To achieve customer service targets in unit

- To achieve safety standards in unit

- To achieve quality standards in unit

- To provide visible leadership for Factories in unit

- To manage employee relations to ensure high engagement levels in unit

- To implement agreed SU indirect structures in unit

- Manage the operations (manufacturing, quality and manufacturing excellence) of the factory including the operation of Raw material handling and Packing plant.

- Lead Factory productivity improvement.

- Lead material savings project through continuous yield improvement initiatives.

- Lead Factory League performance of the site.

- Drive digitalization for manufacturing and quality fields.

- Support implementation of innovation within the factory.

- Manage and improve deployment of resources, people budgets and assets, to comply with cost and financial target.
