Manufacturing Head

An experienced leader with a proven track record of managing shop floor teams of 1,000+ employees and deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of relevant experience and hold a B.E./B.Tech degree.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Optimization

- Lead initiatives in Total Productive Maintenance, Workplace Organization, Continuous Improvement, and Process Variation Reduction

- Implement automation and digital manufacturing solutions wherever feasible

- Drive improvements in efficiency, waste reduction, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

Quality & Compliance

- Collaborate with QA/QC and R&D to ensure product integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance

- Oversee internal and external audits aligned with global quality standards

- Foster a culture of flawless execution and operational discipline

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and Production Planning teams

- Support Business Development for new contracts and ensure smooth production ramp-up

Resource & Cost Efficiency

- Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery

- Monitor and manage departmental budgets and operational costs
