About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead process engineering and manufacturing transformation initiatives at our Pune facility. The role requires strong expertise in automation, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, process optimization, and line balancing in a modern manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead manufacturing engineering activities focused on automation, robotics integration, and smart manufacturing initiatives.

- Drive Industry 4.0 implementation including digital manufacturing, IoT-enabled systems, and process automation.

- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

- Perform line balancing, cycle time analysis, and capacity planning for manufacturing lines.

- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and project teams for process improvements and new product introduction.

- Lead automation projects from concept to commissioning and stabilization.

- Implement lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence practices.

- Conduct process validation, PFMEA, SOP development, and root-cause analysis.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.

- Mentor and develop engineering teams while driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Automation Engineering.

- 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within automotive, industrial, or engineering sectors.

- Strong expertise in automation, robotics, process engineering, and line balancing.

- Hands-on exposure to Industry 4.0 initiatives and smart factory concepts.

- Strong analytical, project management, and leadership capabilities.
