Chief Financial Officer
Job Description:
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Purchase:
1. Oversee timely issuance of tenant invoices, monitor collections, and ensure accurate revenue reconciliation.
2. Conduct credit evaluations for tenants and vendors, define credit limits, and monitor compliance.
3. Improve invoices, collection efficiency, and payment processes to strengthen cash flow management.
4. Review and authorize reports on invoicing, cash receipts, debtor ageing, and outstanding payments; prepare periodic MIS reports.
5. Ensure timely verification and processing of vendor invoices, payments, and Manual Check Requests (MCRs).
6. Manage fund planning, disbursement scheduling, and daily cash flow, including bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations, staff impress, and advances.
7. Ensure accurate accounting entries and ERP postings in compliance with applicable standards.
Statutory Compliance and Audit Management:
1. Maintain statutory books of accounts in compliance with government regulations and company policies.
2. Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory compliances, coordinate with auditors, consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
3. Monitor statutory registrations and renewals.
4. Manage internal, statutory, and tax audits, including timely resolution of audit observations.
5. Oversee asset management and general insurance and related mater with regards to retail & Commercial properties.
Financial Reporting:
1. Ensure timely monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.
2. Prepare and present financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reviews, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
3. Analyze and present key financial reports such as Debtors, CAPEX, OPEX, and Asset Management to support risk identification and decision-making.
