Job Title: Manager TPA & Empanelment

Job Summary: The TPA & Empanelment Manager will oversee all insurance and empanelment operations, ensuring efficient claims processing, strong partnerships with TPAs and insurers, and growth of the hospitals empaneled network. The role involves strategic planning, compliance oversight, and team leadership to enhance insurance-related operations and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage TPA operations to ensure timely and accurate claim processing.

- Drive empanelment with insurance companies, corporates, and government health schemes.

- Oversee contract renewals and compliance with empanelment terms.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and clients.

- Provide strategic reports and insights to senior management.

- Handle and resolve escalated patient or TPA-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in TPA operations, health insurance, or hospital empanelment (including 2+ years in a managerial role).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and hospital management systems.
