Key Responsibilities:


Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:

- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.

- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI, CTR, CPC, and overall conversions.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid management.

- Prepare periodic performance reports and present insights to leadership teams.


Social Media Strategy & Management:

- Manage and grow the companys presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and emerging social platforms.

- Plan and execute social content calendars aligned with brand messaging and business goals.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster strong online communities.

- Collaborate with design teams to produce creative assets (posts, videos, reels, stories, etc.


Lead Generation & Performance Marketing:

- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies through paid ads, landing pages, automation, and remarketing.

- Track lead quality and conversion metrics, working closely with the sales team to optimize targeting and funnel performance.

- Build and manage lead nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools.


Branding & Content Marketing:

- Drive brand awareness campaigns across digital channels to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

- Collaborate with content writers and designers to create blog posts, email campaigns, banners, and marketing collaterals.

- Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.


Analytics, Reporting & Optimization:

- Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and similar platforms.

- Generate insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure optimal performance.

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.


Innovation & Trend Awareness:

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices.

- Identify opportunities for new platforms, marketing technologies, or growth strategies.

- Test emerging trends such as automation, AI tools, influencer marketing, and video campaigns.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 58 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.

- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, PPC, and social media advertising.

- Hands-on experience managing corporate social media pages across multiple channels.

- Proficiency in digital tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.

- Experience with lead generation, landing pages, and funnel optimization.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.

- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.


Preferred Skills:


- Experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).

- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for campaign tracking and optimization.

- Experience with video marketing, influencer collaborations, and performance-driven content creation
