Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth for our Virtual Care business line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or wellness sales, with proven experience in building strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, insurers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
- Drive B2B and B2C business development initiatives for MantraCare's virtual care solutions (telemedicine, mental health, physiotherapy, and chronic care programs).
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to create customized virtual care solutions for clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships and retention.
