- Manage and grow relationships with international ecommerce partners and marketplaces.
- Own end-to-end account management including sales, operations, promotions, and performance tracking.
- Analyze business performance using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, operations, finance) to deliver business objectives.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management across both internal and external teams.
- Drive operational excellence and support initiatives for category and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in ecommerce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools; comfort with reporting and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of quick commerce platforms and dynamics will be a strong advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international business environment
