- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and manage our recruitment function across the organization.
- The role involves developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, driving employer branding initiatives, and ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent to meet business objectives.
- This position requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on recruitment expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to understand workforce planning needs and deliver hiring solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through external partnerships, campus programs, and social media presence.
- Implement data-driven recruitment practices, tracking metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
- Leverage technology, ATS platforms, and automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and recruitment-related regulations.
- Regularly present insights and hiring updates to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of overall HR/Recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing TA teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of talent markets, sourcing strategies, and employer branding practices.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive change at senior management levels.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
