MantraCare - Business Development Manager - EAP Services

About the role:

MantraCare is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services by acquiring corporate clients and building strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, corporate wellness, employee benefits, HR solutions, or healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for EAP and employee wellness solutions.

- Build relationships with HR Heads, HRBPs, CHROs, and corporate decision-makers.

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, and direct outreach.

- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closure.

- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize service agreements.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and smooth program implementation.

- Track sales performance, client conversion, and market opportunities using CRM tools.

Required Skills:

- 4 - 6 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate sales.

- Strong experience in enterprise client acquisition and relationship management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.

Preferred Experience:

- Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), corporate wellness, mental health services, HRTech, employee benefits, insurance, or healthcare.

- Selling services to enterprise clients and engaging with senior HR stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- An MBA is preferred.
