Job Title: Business Development Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth for our Virtual Care business line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or wellness sales, with proven experience in building strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, insurers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
- Drive B2B and B2C business development initiatives
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to create customized virtual care solutions for clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships and retention.
Key Requirements:
- MBA preferred
- 3-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or health-tech industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Passion for digital health and improving access to care.
