MantraCare - Assistant Manager - Strategy & Growth

- End-to-end management of the product development and product launch activities, along with product management activities.

- On an ongoing basis, needs to track & publish competition information and manage cross-functional coordination for new product development processes.

- Ensure that all operations and activities undertaken comply with compliance & regulatory requirements and Company's direction

- The person will be assigned specific product group/ individual product lines and will need to assist in driving the approvals and governance processes for launch as per the agreed product calendar.

Impact on the Business / Function:

- Lead the launch process for assigned projects to deliver in line with business requirements within the approved launch calendar.

- Assist the Reporting Manager in developing the product strategy to help achieve the business and organizational targets

- Lead the launch of new products and propositions as approved by PDC to target relevant customer segments within the Agency & banks' customer bases, for the product areas assigned to the role.

- Monitor and initiate product revisions to products in the context of market, regulations, and channel requirements.
