Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Support leadership in defining short- and long-term business strategies, including market positioning, competitive analysis, and expansion planning.

- Market & Business Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.

- Project Management: Lead or support strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, financial performance, and growth metrics to assess business progress and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

- Business Development Support: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams.

- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in business operations and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other departments (Finance, HR, Product, Marketing) to align initiatives with organizational goals.

- Reporting & Communication: Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for management and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- MBA preferred.

- 25 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or growth roles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
