Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with a strong background in biometric solutions to support our sales team in driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored biometric solutions.

- Lead client discussions, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.

- Design and propose end-to-end biometric solutions (Fingerprint, Face Recognition, Iris, Access Control, Attendance Systems).

- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and solution architecture documents.

- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and pilot implementations for clients.

- Work with internal product/engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.

- Provide cost estimation, solution sizing, and feasibility analysis.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging biometric technologies. Support post-sales teams during solution handover and implementation.
