We are looking for an experienced Technical Head to lead and scale our digital publishing platforms, classifieds ecosystem, and real-time analytics infrastructure serving millions of users.
TECHNICAL HEAD DIGITAL PROJECTS:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead internal tech teams and manage external development partners.
- Drive scalable architecture for web and mobile platforms (iOS & Android).
- Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, CDN, caching, and high-performance systems.
- Ensure platform reliability during high-traffic events and breaking news cycles.
- Manage DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and monitoring.
- Lead analytics and data initiatives using Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift.
- Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR and DPDPA standards.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 10+ years in B2C technology projects, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in AWS, scalable systems, CDN, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Experience managing high-traffic digital platforms; media or eCommerce experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
