Responsibilities:
- Work as part of an Agile team on development, design, architecture, and maintenance of large-scale AEM implementations.
- Translate business requirements into AEM functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business needs and standard processes.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis, document current workflows, and create requirements for new processes.
- Develop use cases, manage requirement changes, and support design of future state processes.
- Collaborate with business, UX, and IT teams to create AEM functional specifications and process flows.
- Maintain updated documentation of AEM functional specifications and workflows.
- Facilitate requirement prioritization with stakeholders across business, UX, and technology.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional specification design (preferably in media/newspaper industry).
- Hands-on experience in at least 1 large-scale AEM project or 3+ medium/small AEM projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
- Proven ability to write clear user stories and business requirements.
- Proficient in AEM OOTB components and features (DAM, workflows, personalization, sites, customizations, integrations for ads, personalization, subscriptions/commerce).
- Experience creating and maintaining functional specifications for AEM templates, components, authoring widgets, custom widgets, and workflows.
- Exposure to working with content authors.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- AEM 6 Business Practitioner Certification.
- Experience in digital agencies or consulting environments.
