Job Description - Head Treasury

Designation: General Manager / Sr. General Manager (Head) - Treasury & Banking Operations

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Vice President - Finance & Accounts

Team Handling Role: Yes, 5 Direct Reportees

Job Location: Delhi, Corporate Office

Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from Top B-School

Years of Experience: 12 - 18 Years

Desired Skill Sets:

- Corporate Treasury experience

- Exposure to cross border treasury transactions

- Strong understanding of FEMA & Exchange control regulations

- Team management

- Strong decision making skills

- Proactive and innovative

- Not to consider Candidates from BPO or GCC operations;

Key Responsibilities:

- Fund raising (including capital market)

- Strong understanding of investment instruments

- Forex Management

- Managing banking relationships

- Review and implement best treasury practices

- Cash flow management

- Driving treasury compliances

- Driving digitization and process improvement opportunities

- Effectively manage audit- statutory, internal, ICFR; reviewing reports and monitor implementation of action plans

- Treasury accounting control

- Import and export accounting and control

Rationale:

Senior resource required considering the complexity of debt funding (both domestic and cross border), funding structures to optimize cost, re-financing and capital market fund raising, wider forex management and compliance due to increasing foreign business (including complex markets like Russia and other unregulated markets), investment decisions to optimize returns, managing larger span of control which now includes BSV.
