About the Role:


We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Anesthesiologist to join our healthcare team as a Consultant / Junior Consultant. The role involves delivering safe and effective anesthesia care across a wide spectrum of surgical procedures, along with perioperative and critical care management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


- Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia for various surgical and diagnostic procedures


- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments, including medical history review and risk stratification


- Monitor and manage patients vital signs during surgery, ensuring patient safety at all times


- Provide post-operative care, including pain management and recovery supervision


- Handle emergency situations such as difficult airway management, resuscitation, and trauma care


- Collaborate closely with surgeons, intensivists, and nursing staff for coordinated patient care


- Participate in ICU and critical care management as required


- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and infection control practices


- Maintain accurate and detailed anesthesia records and documentation


- Engage in clinical audits, case discussions, and continuous medical education activities


Qualifications:


- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)


- MD / DNB in Anesthesiology (mandatory)


Experience:


- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Anesthesiology


- Experience in multi-specialty hospital settings will be an added advantage


Key Skills & Competencies:


- Strong expertise in anesthesia techniques and perioperative care


- Proficiency in airway management and emergency response


- Knowledge of critical care and pain management practices


- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities


- Strong communication and teamwork skills


- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in high-intensity environments
