Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Mumbai
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing markets for the existing products of the company. To achieve breakthrough in new markets that provide new revenue streams to the company for long term.
2. Responsible for achieving the Order Booking, Revenue and EBITDA targets of the assigned products/regions.
3. Responsible for identifying & creating new business opportunities based on market requirements.
4. Develop go-to-market strategy with Product and Region-specific solutions.
5. Study and analyze the market, customer, competition of the said segment and generate Go-to-Market plan.
6. Formulation and roll out an implementation plan for the above
7. Bring visibility of the existing solutions of Segment/SBU to the markets and target the right clients/customer base.
8. Analyzing and tie-up with Global/Regional/local partner relationships that will enable the GTM plans.
9. Responsible for engagement with Key-Decision-Makers on the client side to understand key requirements and present value.
10. Actively participate in Industry events to build network and showcase Thought Leadership.
Skills Required:
1. Position requires a BE/BCom (or equivalent) with MBA from premier institute.
2. 2 - 5 years of BD/Sales/Marketing/Product Management experience of which last 1-2 years have been spent in the BFSI Domain / FinTech industry.
3. Previous experience of Business Development, to achieve New Markets for Existing products or New Products for Existing Market or New Business lines.
4. Exposure to Payments, Financial Inclusion, InsureTech, Lending, AML & FRM, Card Virtualisation would be useful.
5. Networking with industry experts. Ability to enhance own knowledge / self-learner.
6. Understanding of Market Research methodologies and Analysis to be able to draw Go-to-Market plans.
Technical/Functional Proficiency Required:
1. BD/Sales/Marketing experience
2. Developing markets for the existing products or new product of the company.
3. Exposure to Payments, Financial Inclusion, InsureTech, Lending, AML & FRM, Card Virtualisation would be useful.
4. BFSI/FINTECH Domain Exp.
Educational Qualifications:
- Requires a BE/BCom (or equivalent) with MBA from premier institute.
Experience Level (If applicable):
- 2-6 Years of experience in BD/Sales/Marketing/Product Management experience including at least 1-2 years in BFSI/Fintech Domain industry.
