1. Manage the delivery of Pariksha platform adhering to the timelines set for every release. Should instill and follow good software development practices  2. Excellent communication, leadership and business partnership skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders from various teams across the organization.  3. Translate the stakeholders needs to technical features and requirements.  4. Architect, design and develop Pariksha platform emphasizing correctness of features and the performance expectations.  5. Provide technical leadership to Pariksha development team which requires technical depth to make complex design decisions and the hands-on ability to lead by example.   6. Should be familiar with agile practices and be able to adapt to the needs of the business, with a constant focus on product quality.  7. Responsible for hiring and mentoring the Pariksha team, helping individuals career growth and sharing prompt, clear and actionable feedback about performance.   Key Skills:   - Should be good in Data structures, algorithms and software design and should have expertise with Design patterns.  - Must be very good in analytical skills.   - Should have strong understanding of the SDLC, Object Oriented skills,   - and Agile development.  - Proven skills in the area of building, coaching, appraising and mentoring of the team is required.  - Expertise in web based application development using Java, Java Spring, JPA, Hibernate, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS etc.  - Experience in PHP is a plus.  - Experience with Tomcat and Apache web servers.  - Experience working with SQL databases.
