Role: Deputy Manager or Manager- Pre sales  Location: Bangalore  Job Purpose:  - Acquiring clear understanding of business requirements and generating the scope of work document  - Architect the overall solution, costing and building a winning proposal, in order to convey value perception through feasible and cost-effective solutions  Role:  - Build solutions to suit target segments based on the wide range of companys technical and conventional services offered  - To translate all knowledge, learning & experience into architecting solutions  - To study & analyse scope of work and create Solution documents, Approach Notes, Costing & Proposal as necessary  Qualification and Experience:   - Engineer (B.E/B.Tech), MCA, good to have MBA along with these.  - Experience of about 7+ yrs. in pre-sales in Software / IT / Tech companies  - Demonstrates the understanding, appreciation and application of technical and business knowledge in Technology (any), IT Security, Storage, Cloud, etc.  - Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, in a clear & concise manner  - Experience of Business Analysis  Skills and Knowledge:  - Extremely good at Planning, organizing and Execution  - Strong team player  - Proactive, Purposeful and enterprising  - Originating action to achieve goals; Self-starting rather than passively accepting  - Ability to turn things around   - Ability to analyze, learn, anticipate, identify and resolve problems, and make logical judgments  - 100% committed on timelines  - Patient listener  - MS-Office skills Word, Excel, PPT  - Selling skills  Competencies:  - Good Communication Verbal and written  - Assertive  - Ability to work in a dynamic set up with a never-say-die attitude  - Analytical skills  - Ability to work under strong pressure of deadlines  - Good interpersonal skills
