We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Head to lead our Direct Sales Team. The role will focus on driving gold loan sales, developing business opportunities, managing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring targets are achieved in alignment with the company's vision and regional goals.
This position requires a hands-on leader with strong team management, business development, and sales strategy execution capabilities in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the direct sales team to achieve and exceed gold loan sales targets in the assigned location.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive loan disbursement and customer acquisition.
- Oversee lead generation and conversion activities, ensuring quality and high ROI across all efforts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and mentoring to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to support regional sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine regional sales plans and stay competitive.
- Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and customer service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in direct sales, with a experience in a leadership role managing large regional sales teams.
- Proven success in lead generation, sales management, and meeting revenue targets.
- Experience in the finance sector, especially gold loans or retail lending, is highly preferred.
- Excellent team management, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
