Role Description:
This is a full-time Area Head role at Manipal Fintech located in Mumbai, requiring on-site presence. The Area Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations, sales, and customer service in their designated area. They will also be required to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operations, sales, and customer service functions in the designated area
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the area team to achieve performance goals
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and present regular reports on area performance to senior management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, operations, and customer service management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, preferably in gold loans or related segments.
